Suspecting a Sports Injury?

Updated: Aug 29, 2018

Sports injuries refer to injuries that occur during sports or exercise.

While it is common to injure any body part while playing sports, ‘sports injury’ often refers to injuries to the musculoskeletal system. Common sports injuries include strains, sprains, runners’ knee among others.

Sports injuries can harm a person’s career, and can also be extremely painful.

If you sustain a sports injury, it is important to visit your doctor and take the proper steps required to get better. However, there are various medicines and sprays that serve as pain killers and provide relief.

They are widely available, and can be used to reduce pain. Some commonly available sprays are:

- Relispray

- Moov Ointment

- Volini

- Aspercreme

- Biofreeze

- Tylenol
