Gaia Pharmacy Return & Refund Policy-RETURN, REFUND, CANCELLATION POLICY Gaia Trade Private Limited ("Gaia Pharmacy") processing correct medicines as per order and prescription and strives to service the medicines and products in the right conditions/ without any damage. Gaia Pharmacy cannot accept any drugs returned by customers as it is illegal in India to accept any returns once the products leave the pharmacy.. The following situations may arise which may cause the action of refunding of a product: Product(s) delivered do not match your order. Product(s) delivered are past or near to their expiry date (medicines with an expiry date of fewer than 03 months shall be considered as near expiry). Product(s) were damaged or tampered with (do not use any product which has a tampered seal): 1. In the aforesaid unlikely situations, if there is something wrong with the order, we'd be happy to assist and resolve your concern. You may raise a Return request with our customer care within 03 (seven) days from the delivery of the product. Gaia Pharmacy reserves the right to cancel the Return request if the customer reaches out after 3 days of delivery. 2. Upon receiving your Return/Refund request, Gaia Pharmacy shall verify the authenticity and the nature of the request. If Gaia Pharmacy finds that the request is genuine, it will initiate the Return and Refund process. 3. In the event of frivolous and unjustified complaints regarding the quality and content of the products, Gaia Pharmacy reserves the right to pursue necessary legal actions against you, and you will be solely liable for all costs incurred by Gaia Pharmacy in this regard. CANCELLATION POLICY 1. Customer cancellation: 2. The customer can cancel the order for the product till Gaia Pharmacy ship it. Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled. 3. Gaia Pharmacy also reserves the right to cancel any orders if it doesn't meet with the below-mentioned criteria, which may not be exhaustive; 4. i. Products ordered are not for self-consumption but for commercial resale. 5. iv. Invalid address given in order details; 6. v. Any malpractice used to place the order. 7. No cancellation charges shall be levied for the cancellation of an order in accordance with the terms of this policy.

Shipping-With any order, you place at Gaia Pharmacy website, All packages arrive by courier companies or Postal services. Please allow 3 weeks for the delivery of international orders from the time the order is dispatched from our pharmacy, you will receive an email with the tracking details of your package once it is shipped. Due to the Covid effect on international shipping services, it may sometimes even take longer. We strive to have your order processed and filled within one business day of receiving your complete order. If you require further information regarding your package, please feel free to contact our Customer Service on the website's chat option, we will be happy to assist you. SHIPPING CHARGES The shipping charges are calculated in the product sales price, we do not charge extra for shipping.

Secure Payment-We only use a secure Axis bank payment gateway. After you placed the order, you will receive an Axis bank secure payment link directly to your email address. For large orders, you can also pay by bank transfer. (Bank transfer exchange rate and extra bank fees may apply). We don't keep any card information, the transaction is done directly with the bank.

Drug Policy-You must have a valid prescription from a physician licensed to practice medicine and to prescribe medications. The only orders Gaia Pharmacy will process without a prescription are Indian over-the-counter products. Gaia Pharmacy doesn't ship any scheduled drugs or controlled substances. In most countries, you can order up to a three month supply of medication.

Online consulation, and purchasing of a prescription. "If you don't have a Prescription issued by your local GP (Physician) , we can refer you to one of our trusted licensed physicians in India. It is alwyas recomanded you will contact your local physician to find out the right medicine for you. Suppose the doctor determines that it is not safe for you to be prescribed your requested medication or believes that you should visit a local GP in person. In that case, we will not issue a prescription for you and refund your (related) payment in full.

Importation, Custom clearance for international orders-"In many countries, it is allowed to import medicine for personal usage for up to 3 months supply. In some cases, your country's customs may contact you to verify your personal details and validate your prescription. If custom seized your package, Gaia Pharmacy cannot assist you in releasing it and will not provide you with any refund or exchange. It is important you will find out what is the law in your country related to imporation of medicine for personal usage and provide us with correct information when purchasing the product.

Privacy Policy-At Gaia Pharmacy, we take the privacy of our customers seriously. We do not share, sale or use your personal information with any third party or use it in any way that can harm our clients. After the dispatch of the order, the client's details are filed and kept safe for FDA audit and review.
