Dasa SPL

Dasa SPL is a generic drug that contains exactly the same active ingredients as Sprycel.
 
The drug is used to treat several types of leukemia in different conditions: First-line treatment in patients with chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) with a positive Philadelphia chromosome, in the chronic phase. Treatment of chronic, accelerated or blurred chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) patients who have developed resistance or intolerance to previous treatment (including imatinib therapy).
 
Treatment of acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) with positive Philadelphia chromosome and chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) patients who have developed resistance or intolerance to previous treatment.
 
Dasa SPL disrupts the action of two tyrosine kinase-BCR-ABL proteins as well as SRCs absorbed by cancer cells. By disrupting protein action, the drug succeeds in slowing down or stopping the spread of cancer cells and sometimes even destroying them.
 
Treatment with DSA SPL may cause side effects. Here are some of the most common ones: shortness of breath, nausea and vomiting, viral or fungal infection, skin rash, fever, anemia, fatigue and more.
 
Before starting treatment, inform your doctor if you have one or more of the following medical problems: immune failure, liver function problems, heart dysfunction (including congenital long QT syndrome), low potassium or magnesium levels Lactose tolerance.
 
You should also inform your doctor if you are pregnant or planning to become pregnant while taking this medicine.
Treatment with DSA SPL can cause damage to the fetus, so during treatment and up to 30 days after use, effective contraceptives should be used. The doctor should also be informed if they are breast-feeding or planning to breastfeed during treatment.
